    If you are not techincal and need help we have various ways of remotely dialling into your phones or computers or cameras to give you the helping hand you need, this is a cheaper solution to a call out and we are often able to fix your issue this way.

My Broadband Is Slow?

Have you done a speed test?
head to www.speedtest.net and if they are slower than they should be email us a screenshot and we can provide you with a full broadband test.

My Phone Says No Service What Do I Do?

Do you have internet? Are the cables in the right place?

Please check these 2 tasks, If everything looks like its ok the next step is to try a 15 minute restart and if that does not work contact us and we will help.

My Camera is being affected by light, can you help?

Yes ! We can remote into your system and check that the settings are correct for light adjustment.

My Electrical Appliance is not working correctly, what can i do?

Has it been pat tested? If not it could be faulty or dangerous, contact us straight away!
